A spacious and well-run Itsu. Food is great with many options for mains and snacks. Good service. The only issue I have is with the free WiFi which is so slow that I always use my phone as a hotspot when I am there working from a laptop.

I like to visit Itsu, as your teriyaki salmon is fabulous, along with the chicken and spring onion gyozas. The main purpose of my review today, is to acknowledge the outstanding customer service given to me by Andreea. Andreea very kindly helped me with using one of my rewards, to get one of my purchases today, for free, and any help with managing expenses in today's world, is very much appreciated. I hope that Itsu will be able to both recognise and reward Andreea for her outstanding customer service, in a way good for Andreea, as I watched, and Andreea was engaging with other customers, demonstrating the same degree of outstanding customer service as I had received. Andreea is a credit to your company.

I used to go to itsu years back for lunch and decided to give it a go due to more days in the office. It was an early lunch and a quiet time. I was welcomed by a very friendly and smiling lady called Andrea. She explained the new menus and gave a superb salmon and brown rice recommendation which I had never tried before. It was delicious. She was a pleasure to speak and interact with. I shall definitely become a regular. Thanks again Andrea!

I always find this store so well organised, the shelves always have a good selection of food, the tables and seating are good too. The service from the staff is very good, Andreea is very helpful and seems to keep the whole place running optimally!
